Toward writing less code, part I

Much of the agile tooling efforts in recent months really come down to simpler ways to create functionality with less code. I recently wrote a justification for using Groovy, which is in my opinion a no-brainer for Java shops. I’m sharing it here, in the hope that others may benefit.
